Can I cancel my policy?
Yes. You can cancel your insurance policy via your account. Just go to “Purchases”, select the insurance policy you wish to cancel and hit End Policy. If your policy hasn’t started yet, you will receive a full refund.
If your policy has already started, we’ll recalculate the price based on a shorter policy and refund the difference. This will be returned to the original payment method automatically within 3 to 10 days. Follow our step by step article on how to cancel your temporary insurance or your learner driver insurance.

Why have I been declined cover?
Thanks for taking the time to run through all of the questions, we needed all the info to price up your insurance. If you were declined cover, on this occasion all the info put together means we can’t offer you insurance at the moment. We’d love to be more specific but sadly we can’t on this one. It’s not one particular reason, so the team won’t know or be able to tell you more than this either. We know it’s frustrating, but hopefully we can help you in the future.
